1. Subscription Services
All subscription fees for Safety Pro Network membership plans (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as outlined below.
1.1 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
1.2 Cancellation After Billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
2. One-Time Services or Downloads
Payments made for one-time services (e.g., resume reviews, database access credits, or downloads) are non-refundable once the service or file has been delivered or accessed.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and process a refund if warranted.
